Did you have a chance to watch the new movie "Inside Man" which has Denzel Washington and Jodie Foster?

I just watched it with my Hong Kong friends. Personally, I think it is great. The story line was simple, but the director presented wanted to say something more than a bank robbery story.

Luckily, I got a chance to live in the United States once and experience the racism. It was not easy to be a non native speaker. Some locals just look down on people who speak different accents, wear different skin colors and the cultures. Of course, I met many nice friends throughout my overseas studies.

Anyway, the script was great. Let's give it a try!

Zen Cafe

Thanks Erica Mok, Queenie Tin, Tony Au & Steven Ko tonight. My stress was relieved and I enjoyed your company. Steven, you did have a wonderful recommendation for the cafe. The place was nice and the service was excellent. Although I was quite tired after half day work, a printing course & yoga class today.

Well, I was still hanging there. By the way, here is the Zen Cafe information. May this place be your favorite hangout spot.

Since living in Hong Kong, I am just repeatedly doing the same things over and over again.
Am I Living?
Or just a body hanging around on the earth for a while and leaving to somewhere else without a note.
What is my goal?
Making lots of money and getting ready for the retirement?
Working my ass off so that I could impress somebody else?
Or... maybe I should keep sharing & giving until I have none?

Yoga

Yoga... I used to hate this type of sport. Too slow, boring, no beat & not much movement...

Five months ago, I have started going to "Physical", a local gym in Hong Kong. The Yoga instructor was tough and I felt so discouraged because my body was not flexible at all.

Luckily, there were a few nice instructors. E.g. Wen, Susanna, Nolan & Samantha... They were great and inspired me so much.

On the other hand, my body is getting in shape and I have more energy. Although my weight is the same, I feel lighter for my body.

Now, I try to take the yoga class everyday which leads a quicker improvement.
See you in the gym sometimes!
