A well established paper importer listed in Australia with branches all over the world would like to invites application for the following vacancy:

Sales Manager

Job Description:

- fully responsible for managing the sales team and ensurign sales targets are met.

- able to identify and recommend sales process development and improvement;

- to provide continual assessment and training to strengthen sales effectiveness and productivity;

- to oversee all sales related events;

- to conduct competitor analysis.

Job Requirements:

- degree holder in relevant discipline;

- minimum 3 - 5 years experience in sales management;

- able to lead, train and motivate a team of sales staff;

- Confident & self-motivated, with strong analytical skills and business sense, able to work      independently and  under pressure

- Proven sales track record is a definite advantage;

- Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Chinese dialects are an important asset.

We offer remuneration package - base salary plus commission plus performance bouns, 5.5 day work week, advancement and development for the right candidates.
