I bought these CD albums for my English learning and trying to be COOL in my adolescence. When I shared my CD collection with my American friends in Seattle, they laughed at me and commented that my music taste was too commercial except the Beatles.

Well, I don't care and listen these albums once again today at my Hong Kong home. Is that a sin? I don't think so.

The Practice- my new favorite legal drama

The Practice (March 4, 1997 - May 16, 2004) is an ABC legal drama created by David E. Kelley centering on the partners and associates at a Boston, Massachusetts law firm. The show won the Emmy in 1997 and 1998 for Best Drama Series, and spawned the spin-off series Boston Legal, which began airing in the fall of 2004 and deals with similar subject matter, though often taking a lighter, more character-oriented approach.

That's right! I enjoy "The Practice" very much and highly recommend this legal drama to everyone.

Read a very sad news about my school this morning

Flipping through the Hong Kong local newspaper, I found a very sad news about a Poly U female student committed suicide yesterday because of the stress in her hotel and tourism management program. I feel very sad for her family and friends. Hope she will rest in peace.

【明報專訊】即將踏入考試季節，一名據報就讀理工大學的19歲女生，懷疑因學業壓力自殺身亡。該女生昨日凌晨趁家人熟睡，在將軍澳寶琳�8樓寓所的客廳推窗跳下，直墮1樓簷篷，發出巨響，街坊發現她伏地痛苦呻吟，大驚報警，警方接報趕至時女生仍然清醒，惟送院搶救近3小時後不治，其母似無法接受事實，情緒崩潰，痛哭大呼：「我女兒未死！我女兒未死……」

跳樓自殺身亡的女生江倩婷(譯音)，19歲。據江父指出，阿婷生前就讀理工大學酒店管理課程，她早前曾向家人透露，因學業問題感到壓力，近日情緒更變得不穩定。警方調查後未發現死者留下遺書，初步相信她因抵受不住學業壓力而萌生死念，並無可疑。

理工大學發言人指出，校方正嘗試核實案中死者身分，一旦確認她是該校學生，校方會聯絡其家長提供協助，校方又會密切留意死者同學的情緒狀�，並提供適當輔導。發言人呼籲，學生如果有情緒困擾，可立即向校方輔導人員求助。

據悉，江女與父母及一名兄弟同住將軍澳寶琳�寶智樓8樓某單位。事發時，除江女外，家人均在睡覺。警方指當家人稍後醒來起�查看，發現客廳的窗戶大開，女兒不知所終，才知道大事不妙。江父心繫女兒安危，立刻衝落樓查看，發現已被消防員救下的女兒仍有知覺，不停痛苦呻吟，只是說話模糊不清。江父心急如焚，連忙協助救護員用擔架�把女兒送上救護車，陪同送院。

江女送抵醫院後，急症室醫生立刻展開搶救，她傷勢嚴重，延至昨凌晨3時半不治。其間，江女的多名家人在醫院等候消息，其母跌坐在沙發上嚎哭不止，當醫生宣布死訊後，其母情緒崩潰，似無法接受事實，不斷用腳踢沙發，大呼：「我女兒未死！我女兒未死……」其後，家人回到案發現場為死者招魂，江母神情疲憊由親友攙扶，幽幽喊道：「阿妹，你聽話啦，回來吧……」

事發於昨日凌晨零時許，江女從家中客廳窗口一躍而下，飛墮1樓簷篷，街坊聞巨響報警。消防及救護員趕至現場時，發現江女神志尚存，不停痛苦呻吟，消防員將她救下，交救護車送院搶救，惜終告不治。

To ease the breast discomfort many women experience while exercising, the American Council on Exercise offers these guidelines for choosing a sports bra:

- Smaller-busted women do best with a "compression" bra that pushes the breasts against the chest. Harness-type "encapsulation" bras that firmly encase each breast are better for larger-busted women.
- Choose by fit, not by the size on the label.
- Choose a well-ventilated bra so sweat won't be trapped, increasing friction and chafing.
- Make sure the clasps and straps don't dig into your skin.
- When trying on a bra, mimic the activity you'll be doing.

Sports bra essential for women who exercise

Q: What is the latest information concerning running and the use of sport bras?

A: Lesley Roberts, exercise physiologist and manager of Fleet Feet Sports in Ridgeland, shared the following information on the topic. She said emphasis has been placed on properly fitted, supportive running shoes for years, but another essential piece of equipment has been neglected. Properly fitted, supportive sports bras are just as important for women.

Breast tissue is supported by the Cooper's ligaments and give the breast its shape and position. With age, the ligaments begin to lose elasticity, giving the breast a sagging appearance. This is highly accelerated with the bouncing that high impact exercises such as running or aerobics requires. Once the Cooper's ligaments are damaged, they can be repaired only by surgery. The good news is that a properly fitted, supportive sports bra will reduce the damage.

A few quick points to consider:

- 80 percent of women wear the wrong size bra.
- Women should be fitted for a bra at least once a year.
- Replace sports bra every 6 to 12 months.
- There are three main categories of sports bras.

The traditional one, known as the compression bra, supports the breasts by holding them against the chest cavity. Compression bras offer minimal support and should be used only for A-cup and smaller B-cup breasts. An encapsulation bra supports each breast individually and usually has an underwire. Encapsulation bras are the most supportive and are great for size C-DD breasts. Between the two is a combination of both. The compression/encapsulation bra uses some inner structure to support each breast individually but also compresses them into the chest cavity. This middle ground is great for smaller-breasted women who want a little more shape, and it also provides enough support for the larger B-cups up to D-cups.

When beginning an exercise program, a woman should be professionally fitted for shoes as well as a good sports bra.
