Start living for today

“Today is a new life. Shut the doors on the past and the future. Live in day-tight compartments.”

- Dale Carnegie

Dear Candy:

In this day and age, with so many developments occurring at lightning-fast speed, it is easy to feel constantly stressed and worried about important situations. Here are some tips on learning how to break the worry habit:

- Use the law of averages to outlaw your worries
- Cooperate with the inevitable
- Decide just how much anxiety a thing may be worth and refuse to give it more
- Don't worry about the past
