Head Stand... I made it





With the help and encouragements from Win & Henny, I did my first head stand in lifetime today.

Actually, it is not very difficult. We need to train our arms, tighten our bellies, be balanced and overcome the fear.

Plus, head stand is very good for our health. Especially to those who do not sleep well and have dark eye circles.
