Day-tight compartments

With everything that is going on in the world, along with the stresses of everyday life, it is hard to think only about the here and now. Here are some tips to break the daily worry habit.

- Live in "day-tight compartments"
- Ask yourself, "what is the worst that can happen?"
- Cooperate with the inevitable
- Don't fuss about trifles
- Do the very best you can
