Day 0 HKG
Packing at the last minute, uploading all the schedule, maps, flight information, contacts numbers, scanned versions of the IDs and train tickets to the little PDA... It was a rainny night and I took the airport express to the Hong Kong International Airport.
The flying experience was not same anymore. It's more about safety, anti terrarism and being high in security alter. Where is the relaxation and fun ? I doubt it. How many security check we have to go through before arriving to the destination? At least two with no suprise.
Day 1 British Airlines
Getting into the gate at 11:25pm and 35 minutes before closing, there is already a super long quene with at least 30 people. Some with the British accent, Aussis, Scottish... Mine sounds like Asian American...
After 30 minute of waiting, I saw an Indian gentlement at the business class getting annoyed about the mature chinese women being frustrated with her seat. At the same time, he was checking me out with his flirty eye and smile.
Finally, getting back to my airsle seat. A friendly couple from Australia was calmly waiting to take off. They are going to visit her daughter in London and have one month vacation in UK.
I shared what I have been studying abd they shared fun stuff in their countries. The flight was a great one and i did not even feel like it's 13 hours flight. Thanks to the BA highlife entertainment.
Well, somebody said that the Heathrow is one of the busiest airport in the world. Most people this morning it is one of the worst design. It took so long to get through the custom and there were not eought staff to direct the tourist where to get the gate.
