Take Your Tunes With You Via Bluetooth
The Magnum from Yubz is a wireless speaker designed for your cell phone

Bluetooth isn't just for earpieces anymore! The Yubz Magnum lets you rock your music from your cellphone without any wires. Simply pair your phone with the Magnum and the push play. It runs on 4 AA batteries (not included) or an AC adapter (included.) The sound is decent. It's impressive for such a small little device although it won't replace a full blown stereo at a party. The bluetooth was simple to setup with my Palm Pre. Just a few taps and I was rocking. The price is a bit steep though! It sells for $110. I found it for cheaper online, check out the link below.

A War for Music Lovers

A sweet escape
Hello, all!
How's it going? having a day off today?
Me too... I had a sweet escape... finally got a day of not doing anything... that's right... NOT DOING ANYTHING... basically I just stayed at home, turned off the cellphone, got lazy and relaxed alone.
It might sound kinda stupid, but it's worth to do it once in a while... because I have got a chance to face myself and do some self talk. My mind would pop up some crazy ideas...
Anyway, I hope that you are doing okay... some of you must be busy for work lately... add oil!

給孩子的備忘錄
我兒:
寫這備忘錄給你，基於三個原則：
(一）人生福禍無常，誰也不知可以活多久，有些事情還是早一點說好。
(二）我是你的父親，我不跟你說，沒有人會跟你說。
(三）這備忘錄里記載的，都是我經過慘痛失敗得回來的體驗，可以為你的成長省回不少冤枉路。
以下，便是你在人生中要好好記住的事：
（一）對你不好的人，你不要太介懷，在你一生中，沒有人有義務要對你好，除了我和你媽媽。至於那些對你好的人，你除了要珍惜、感恩外，也請多防備一點，因為，每個人做每件事，總有一個原因，他對你好，未必真的是因為喜歡你，請你必須搞清楚，而不必太快將對方看作真朋友。
（二）沒有人是不可代替，沒有東西是必須擁有。看透了這一點，將來你身邊的人不再要你，或許失去了世間上最愛的一切時，也應該明白，這並不是甚麼大不了的事。
（三）生命是短暫的，今日你還在浪費著生命，明日會發覺生命已遠離你了。因此，愈早珍惜生命，你享受生命的日子也愈多，與其盼望長壽，倒不如早點享受。
（四）世界上並沒有最愛這回事，愛情只是一種霎時的感覺，而這感覺絕對會隨時日、心境而改變。如果你的所謂最愛離開你，請耐心地等候一下，讓時日慢慢沖洗，讓心靈慢慢沉澱，你的苦就會慢慢淡化。不要過分憧憬愛情的美，不要過分誇大失戀的悲。
（五） 雖然，很多有成就的人士都有受過很多教育，但並不等如不用功讀書，就一定可以成功。你學到的知識，就是你擁有的武器。人，可以白手興家，但不可以手無寸鐵，緊記！
（六）我不會要求你供養我下半輩子，同樣地我也不會供養你的下半輩子，當你長大到可以獨立的時候，我的責任已經完結。以後，你要坐巴士還是Benz，吃魚翅還是粉絲，都要自己負責。

欲望越小，人生就越幸福
抱怨的人才會說生活得這麼累，
因為他只看到自己的付出
而沒有看到自己的所得；
而不抱怨的人即使真的很累，
也不會埋怨生活，因為他知道，
失去與得到總是同在的
要知道，
一味地抱怨不但于事無補，
還會使事情變得更糟
所以，不管現實怎樣，
都不應該抱怨，而要靠自己的努力
來改變現狀並獲得一份快樂!
帕斯卡爾說過：
“人類所有的問題，
都來自于無法單獨靜靜坐在一間房內。”
一顆安靜的心是內在平和的基礎，
內在的平和會影響外在的平靜。
每天只要花五到十分鐘冥想打坐，
你就可以訓練自己的心靜。
這份寧靜可以融入你的日常生活，
讓你不會焦躁易怒讓你有寬廣的視野
某醫學院曾作過一次調查，
結果顯示，患心臟病的人
常常不是工作辛勞的人，
而是抱怨工作辛勞的人；
最足以引起高血壓的原因，
莫過于外表好像很安靜，
內心裏卻被強烈的怨恨所煎熬
心理學家說，
我們不能同時擁有兩種強烈的情感，
既要愛又要恨，那是不可能的。
怨恨大部分是以自我為中心的，
所以要想忘記自己，
最好的方法便是去幫助別人
托爾斯泰講過一個故事，
有一個人想得到一塊土地。
地主就對他說，清早，
你從這裏往外跑，
跑一段就插個旗桿，
只要你在太陽落山前趕回來，
插上旗桿的地都歸你
那人就不要命地跑，
太陽偏西了還不知足。
太陽落山前，他是跑回來了，
但已精疲力竭，
摔個跟頭就再沒起來。
于是有人挖了個坑，就地埋了他。
牧師在給這個人做祈禱時說：
"一個人要多少地呢？
就這麼大。"
出生時，我們一無所有，
但年復一年，我們已被生活的包袱
壓得喘不過氣來。
同時，
我們也被各種欲望所折磨著。
欲望太多，常使人不滿足，
以致心理產生憂愁、憤怒
