Friendly hairstylist

磨擦衝突後如何重建關係

由於一些原因，兩人的關係難免會出現磨擦、矛盾、衝突，造成關係緊張，思想上不愉快。

那麼，鬧反之後，該如何重建關係呢？以下是幾點建議：

1.容忍理解對方

出現矛盾的雙方，雖然都有責任，但很少是出於惡意的攻擊。所以，要能理解、容忍對方的一時之舉。俗話說：退一步海闊天空。例如，對方偶爾的評頭論足，不要過分在意，耿耿於懷。因為這可能只是他一時失口，並無惡意，也不想與你結怨。所以，如果你能以一種高姿態去看待它，矛盾就容易化解。

2.找准重建關係時間

如果與鬧反了，不要總是試圖讓兩人的關係恢復如初。因為這時雙方的心理都處於一種適應階段，適當的疏淡是與此時的關係程度相適應的。所以重建關係時，要注意把握好這一點。

3.不要舊事重提

在鬧反後，不要耿耿於懷，喋喋不休；也不要總是重提舊事，希望求得相互諒解，因為這容易把剛剛長好的傷口重新揭開。這時，如果你能淡化以前的不愉快，藝術地找一些共同話題，時間一長，雙方關係的重建也就水到渠成了。

4.尋機主動示好

有些人在鬧反後，往往因負氣不願主動與對方交往，一是顧及自己的面子，二是擔心對方不接受反而尷尬。其實，只要機遇把握得好，雙方的不愉快很容易化解。例如，對方生病時，主動去看望慰問；對方失利時，主動過去勸解等。

5.適當彌補過去

注意，要適當!如果你通過反省，意識到矛盾的原因主要是你引起的，就應該積極地彌補。這時最需要把握一個“度”的問題。只指責對方的不足是不正確的，但過分地表示歉意，卻可能會強化對方的錯覺，反而不能諒解你的苦心。正所謂：過猶不及。

所以，處理關係是一門藝術，不可簡單粗暴，不能委曲求全，既要體諒別人，又要維持自尊。如果你這方面尚有缺欠，就要隨時留心。因為學會交往是人生中的重要一課。
